Western Pygmy Wyvern by Hyrotrioskjan Western Pygmy Wyvern by Hyrotrioskjan
Another very rocky aquarel...

Limatops terrificus is a small relative of the famous Common eurasian Wyvern (Eurovenator anglicus) and the last member of the Wyvernidae in North america.
Although they are pretty intelligent they not very social. Like the most dragons the animals are territorial and attack instantly when a other dragon come near.

Lokation: somewhere in an canyon in Colorado (I forget the exactly place and maybe it's better this way)

Wow, looks awesome the way you do those rocks :O

So if they have their territories, how do they mate? Do the males make calls to attract females? Oder gehen sie nach Geruch, um sich zu finden? :)

Did you mean it's in Europe or just in North America?

This particular species lives only in North America, but its closest relatives are indigenous to Europe.

Wow, that's just what I envisioned when I wrote that article :D Have you been picking around in my brain again? :P

I can see why people would have a hard time spotting them even if they are a relatively common dragon, their coloration blends right into the rock- and it's hard enough to spot a condor even when it's jet black.
