Phoenix

The Phoenix is also known as the golden crow. I think I don't must explain why.

But the more intersting question is: could this bird produce fire, and can reincarnate from it's own ash?

The answer is totally NO.
The legend is coming from a special behavior that is only known from this species.
During forest- or bushfires, they walking in front of the flames and pick of the small animals which flee from the fire. But when they are circled by it, they digging themselves into the ashes and fly away when it's over.
