Irritator beach by Hyrotrioskjan Irritator beach by Hyrotrioskjan
The Irritator is the largest meateater of the park.
Here, at the eastside of the lake, the females build nests and hunt fish with the youngs.

At the moment we have just 4 Irritators in the park, but our female (Paris) is ready to lay more eggs.

(this one is not Paris, it's Alessandro)

I though you wouldn't do animals that could easily kill people, and this one certainly could?

Irritator was certainly a large beast, but still much smaller than many other theropods, also the snout
and relative species suggest that it was a specialist.
In addition, when it's true that Spinosaurus and Irritator were close relatives it's possible that Irritator posses similar proportions
and was a slow runner.

True that it was slow on land, that is for sure, but considering even slender-snouted crocodiles and false gharials do take land animals I don't see why Irritator could not.

BTW, how much of its fame is down to its name?
