Heavy planteater

This is a member of a group with the working title Xeno-sauropods. They are huge planteaters from the planet Atzlan and characterized by a exoskeleton of cartilage, a long tentacle with a rake to pick plants, and the ceratin shovels at the front, where the leafs be collected and transported into the mouth.
