Sea serpents are slimmer as moasasaurs and like many other slim aquatic animals (eals, moraines, sea snakes...) they have no tail-fin.

yes, but if one have it why the others couldn't have it?... we found a ornithopod with feathers, now we think that almost all ornithopd has feathers...

Yes they could have a fin, but just one find is no evidence. Even one or two Ornithopods are not a proof that every member of this huge group had feathers/fur.Especially the primitive members of the mosasaurs must had a more eel-like tail.
